All purchases made in our retail store come standard with a 30-Day Warranty and 1-Year Extend warranty to Additional charges of 3000rs.
SNAP TECH’ warranty does not cover any accidental damage, damage/issues caused by misuse or by alteration. Damage includes, but is not limited to: damage caused by operator error, drops, spills, physical or electrical stress, and virus or spyware infection. If there are issues with the product, we must be contacted prior to any repair done by us or a 3rd party. Any work performed by a 3rd party voids SNAP TECH’ warranty.
Note: Laptop and mobile device batteries are tested and working. However, battery life and charge capacity are not guaranteed and therefore not warrantied.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
SNAP TECH offers a 10-Day Money Back Guarantee on all products. If within 10 days you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it with your receipt for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued via credit bank Account, any Digital Payment or mailed check – we cannot offer cash refunds for purchases made online or in store. Exchange or returned products Shipping charges will apply to customers
SNAP TECH will cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
All returns must include original receipt and original packaging (if applicable).
Goods should be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with details of the product and the defect. We will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled for a replacement. If eligible we will send the replacement product.
Refunds doesn’t include any shipping charges shown on packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for return goods will be paid by customers himself. Customers will be responsible for any kind of loss or damage during return shipment of the product.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
